Recipe: 3 cloves garlic 1/2 c parsley 3 Tbs lemon juice 1 Tbs Grade B Maple syrup 1/3 c tahini salt & pepper to taste This is a nice thick dressing that I like to massage in. If you would like a thinner dressing just add water. I tend to make my dressings thick since I don't like to have a bowl of juice at the bottom of my salad.
